Treatments

Aluminum Sulfuric Anodic oxidation is a widely used technology to protect aluminum and its alloys, to improve mechanical performance like corrosion resistance and wear resistance or simply to improve aesthetics of this extraordinarily versatile metal.

We currently provide different types of anodising:

ARCHITECTURAL ANODISING                                                 

Low thickness anodic oxidation, generally used to protect surfaces from minimum corrosion and spontaneous oxidation

(from 5 to 25 microns).

SEMI – HARD ANODISING 

Thicker oxide layer with the possibility of keeping a light grey colour (from 25 to 35 microns). Generally used in the pharma and food indutries.

HARD ANODISING

typical surface treatment designed to improve the mechanical performance of the base material in every respect. In all of our three plants we provide low temperature hard anodising in order to guarantee high superficial hardness.(from 30 to 80 microns)

G.H.A.® (Technical data)
is a special Anodic oxidation with  Ag + ions with extreme mechanical performance (anti-corrosion, anti-wear, antimicrobial and antistatic properties).

BLACK G.H.A.® black colour anodising with average thickness and hardness but with remarkable antimicrobial properties

PLUS®
