Production Plants
Bologna
GHA Europe® was founded in Zola Predosa, Bologna, where the first two plants and the company headquarters are still today. After a few years the company decided to open a bigger automatic production plant in Fossombrone (PU).
Plant 1
Tank capacity 1500 x 800 x 800h.
A small and versatile semi-automatic system that allows the treatment even of the most complex parts, guaranteeing direct and immediate control by qualified operators, providing specific dedicated solutions (three anodic oxidation tanks);
Plant 2
Tank capacity 2000x600x1100h.
The second largest plant was born from the need to increase production and process larger parts. This semi-automatic plant allows for direct control of the parts, ensuring thicknesses with very tight tolerances (two anodic oxidation tanks).
Fossombrone
In 2017, a new GHA Europe® production site was opened in the Marche region, more precisely in Fossombrone, in the center of the Metauro valley.
Plant 3
Tank capacity 3700x800x1400.
